Peugeot 206 cc manual roof operation help. I don t believe its the pump cause the roof will open sometimes and not others. When the side locks are in place and the ignition is on my windows work but when i undo the latches and press the switch to make the side windows open boot open and for the roof to go down all it does is just beep at me yet ive tried everything.

The roof on my 206 wont open i took it to pug and they said it was the pump and would cost me 1000. I think the fault is intermitant cause i only get the beeping noise now and again.
